Dr. Noble Jackson
Veterinarian and Owner

Dr. Jackson has lived in Cochise County most of his life. He grew up in Willcox being very active in both 4H and FFA. Dr. Jackson received his undergraduate degree and master's degree at the University of Arizona. He attained his Veterinary Degree from Colorado State University.

During his career, Dr.
Jackson has worked in many areas including emergency medicine in California. After California, he started at the Apache Animal Center and Jackson Veterinary Services in Sierra Vista. In recent years, Dr. Jackson helped establish the University of Arizona's new Veterinary Medical Program! He is an avid supporter of UofA athletics and loves caring for all pets!

Dr. Merel Huff

Associate Veterinarian


Dr. Merel Huff grew up in Willcox, AZ. She has been involved in the veterinary field and agriculture since high school. After earning an Animal science degree at the University of Arizona, she moved to Oklahoma to and attained her Veterinary degree from Oklahoma State University in 2016. While in Oklahoma, she met her husband Matthew.

After working in mixed animal practice out of state, the opportunity arose for her family to make the move back to Arizona where she has worked in mixed animal practice and offered mobile house calls for the past 2 years.  Dr. Huff is grateful to be able to call Cochise County home, and is excited to join the Sierra Vista community. She will be working part-time as a member of the team of Doctors at Jackson Vet Services.

Dr. Etta Watts

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Watts is a true Arizona native who has always had a passion for animals. She was born in Safford but has resided in Tucson since 1983. Despite having a Master's Degree in business and working in finance. Dt. Watts always felt that something was missing in her life. When not working she spent her weekends helping various animal rescues fundraise and drive adoption efforts. Her passion for animals grew stronger every day and she knew she wanted to do something more meaningful with her life.

When she heard the University of Arizona was accepting applications for their veterinary medicine program, she knew it was her chance to make a difference in the world. With the encouragement of her husband and family, she applied to the program and was accepted. She is now part of the inaugural class of 2023 and is excited to join the Jackson Veterinary Team and their newest associate veterinarian.
